Trustees are the governing body of the charity and work with the Chief Executive Officer to provide vision, direction and oversight to ensure that PAUSE fulfils its charitable objectives.

Board of Advisors (Wise Council)
A group of people who are qualified and experienced in specific areas of specialism who are willing to share their knowledge.
They will be contacted only about their area of expertise and will include:
- An accountant
- Educational Psychologists
- CEO of a business
- Adoptive parent
- Children’s worker
Psychology team
The Psychology team is a group of psychologists who volunteer their time for different activities.
All hold a doctorate or masters in Educational Psychology.
They have a range of experience, specialisms and interests.
