Coaching

Coaching is the process of working with problem-solvers to develop their own strengths and skills for working with young people.

Why is it helpful?

It supports individuals to set their own goals with a psychologist, to facilitate self-growth.

Individual supervision

Individual supervision is different from line management meetings and from therapy. It creates a reflective space to consider strengths, skills, concerns (professional and personal) and to problem-solve together. This could benefit individuals in charities, churches, community practitioners.

Group supervision

The purpose of group supervision is to create a safe place where practitioners can learn from each other by sharing strengths, problem solving together and developing their practice. This could bring together youth workers from different churches or workers in a charity.
